In this 8-week course, you’ll learn practical tools for bringing mindfulness and self-compassion into your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, perfectionism, or just feeling like you’re never enough—this course can help you meet those moments with clarity, care, and courage.

Each Week We meet live for 1.5 hours on Zoom each week.
